Use of this site
All written content, design, and photographic work on this site is © Sreedhar Vengala Photography unless otherwise credited. You are welcome to view and share links to pages on this site. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or commercially use any content without my prior written permission.
Bookings and payment
All bookings are confirmed in writing with a signed engagement letter. A deposit is required to hold the date; the balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. Minimum booking is 3 hours. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the engagement letter you sign for each booking.
Copyright in photographs
I retain the copyright in all photographs and films I create. Clients receive a licence to use the delivered images for personal, social, or agreed commercial purposes as set out in their engagement letter. Re-licensing to third parties (for example, your venue or florist) requires my permission.
Liability
I take every reasonable precaution to deliver beautiful imagery on time. In the rare event of equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond my control, my liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected shoot. I carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance for all engagements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland.
